The lien amount has no bearing on what anyone’s bid amount is or can be. If the reserve is met the contractual amount of the lien will also be met. All lien information will be disclosed to the high bidder at that time for payment to the financial institution and myself. Hope this helps you out but this is all I am willing to comment about with an active live auction still taking place at this time.
